RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return, without having to provide any justification.

Eligibility Criteria

To be accepted, the returned item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• In its original condition and packaging, with tags attached

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (order number)

In accordance with applicable regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to all items sold on the Site, including sale items. Only gift cards are excluded from the right of return, due to their nature.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@elindrayoga.com with your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without prior request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case the costs will be covered by Elindrayoga.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the event of a defect, damage, or an incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@elindrayoga.com, ideally with a photo of the issue, so we can resolve it promptly and at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new, separate order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we receive your withdrawal request, or from the date we receive the returned item, whichever is later. The refund includes the item price and initial standard shipping costs; it does not include return shipping costs, which remain your responsibility.

The time it takes for the refund to reflect on your account or statement depends on your financial institution.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Residents)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (and equivalent EU directives), you have 14 calendar days from taking physical possession of the goods to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason or pay any penalties, other than the return shipping costs mentioned above.

You may exercise this right via the link "Cancel the contract here" available in the footer of the Site, or by any other unambiguous means sent to info@elindrayoga.com. An acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (email) will be sent to you.

The goods must then be returned without undue delay, and no later than 14 days following the communication of your decision to withdraw.

As part of processing withdrawal requests, we use the application Revoq – EU Withdrawal-Button (Jonas Busch, hello@buschbytes.com). This application processes the following customer data: name, email, order number, and concerned items. Data is hosted in Europe (Germany/Netherlands) via Supabase and Fly.io. Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared within 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from payment confirmation. During peak periods (sales, holiday season), this processing time may occasionally be extended; we will notify you if this is the case.

Carriers and Delivery Times

Orders are shipped via:

• Swiss Post, for deliveries within Switzerland

• Correos, for deliveries in Spain and across Europe

The estimated delivery time is 10 business days from dispatch, excluding order processing time. These timeframes are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a binding contractual commitment; they may vary depending on the destination, customs formalities, or circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

A tracking number will be provided by email as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier, when this option is available for the selected shipping method.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed prior to final order confirmation. Free shipping is offered on orders over 100.- CHF/EUR. Below this amount, applicable shipping costs are clearly indicated at checkout.

International Shipping and Customs

For deliveries outside Europe, customs fees, import taxes, or local administrative fees may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the prices displayed on the Site or in the shipping fees charged. We invite you to check with your local customs authorities before placing an order.

Delivery Address

The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout. In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address resulting in a package return or additional charges, these costs may be billed to the Customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within the specified timeframe, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@elindrayoga.com with your order number so we can take the necessary steps with the carrier.
